It's different for different people. It's best to talk to your pnurse. Mine was total body spasms when I was asleep and I had been on abilify for over a year when it started. We each respond differently at different times if we do respond. I haven't heard of it affecting just one arm though. But I'm not the expert, that's why you need to talk to your pnurse.
