There is one door in the waiting room that leads to several providers, so while I am waiting the door opens a few times and I look up to see if it's my T. When he finally does come, I just look at his eyebrows for a second. I learned in studying non verbal language that raised brows mean the person is happy to see you, where as lowered brows are the opposite. I don't think he says anything, when I get thru the door he offers water, which I always refuse because I won't drink from a cup someone else has touched (my weird germ-awareness again). He usually starts with "
what were you listening to?" because I always have my headphones on. Then he gets around to "
how are you doing, and don't say fine"
