I don't wait in the waiting room, because it makes me feel trapped and anxious. I wait down the corridor (there's a spot she can't see) and then she goes to the waiting room to see if I'm there, and then she goes back to her office. And then I go to her office, by myself. And then she says, "Come in. Shut the door. Why don't you have a seat?" (I think I need the prompts -- if she doesn't tell me what to do, I just stand at the door to her office.)
