I can not believe how much better I am sleeping since I have been meditating consistantly and embracing mindlessness. My meditations seem to have settled into mid day when I go out for a walk and visit my special places.

While laying in bed at night and again in the morning I spend some time just slowing down my breath and entering into mindlessness. I fall asleep in no time and I start my day in a calm state.

I admit that in the back of my mind is some suspicions. I am waiting for the penny to drop again and the struggles to press me down again.

I remain a work in progress. Progress being the key word to remember.
