she sat by me on the floor while i was in the tub, its suppose to be a rebirthing expirience in the tub, u breath thru a snorkle and ur on ur belly under the water. its intense. the way ur suppose to breath is to make an effort on the inhale and really let the negativvity out with the exhale and breath without pausing. It wasnt the most pleasent thing ive ever done, it took about a half hour. and yes we trust each other very much. Shes one of the few people in my life that I do trust,
