My T pops his head out his office door and says "come on in," and then he goes back in. I enter and go to the couch, while he finishes up some business at computer, and then he comes on over. I will usually close the door to the office myself, because T is occupied at the computer and I don't want to be sitting there with an open door. There have been a few times when I don't enter the office right away and I always say, "be there in a sec." This is when I am in the middle of writing my check out to him.
