My T says, "Hi there" or "Come on in." Sometimes when I walk in, she is already waiting, holding the waiting room door open for me. She knows I am always on time.

I don't think I'd wish for it to be different. Maybe I wish she was warmer. She's kind, but definitely not warm and fuzzy. It works for me though.
