Another night with no sleep. I was able to sleep a couple of hours in the morning.

I see the doc next week and I was planning on giving this the full week to see if I can "equalize" my sleep. I took my meds much earlier this morning, took them before I actually slept, so I'll see tonight if that helps. Its been a bad cycle of no sleep, sleeping late, then taking my meds late because of waking up late, that may be contributing to the lack of sleep.

Otherwise I may have to call him this week, because it is really starting to effect my ability to deal with the depression.
