Recently diagnosed rapid cycling bipolar. I am currently taking trileptal 300mg in the am and 300mg at bedtime, I also take 1mg klonopin in the am, 0.5mg klonopin at lunch, and 1mg klonopin at bedtime, then I take 10mg lexapro at bedtime.

I have been on these meds for about 2.5-3 months now and the fatigue is awful. I can't seem to wake up in the morning, and even the slightest amount of physical momentum is a challenge. I just want to stay in bed all day. He recently took me from 300mg of trileptal a day to 600mg about 2 weeks ago. Does the fatigue ever cease?
