Sorry to hear you are going through a rough patch. I have been divorced twice before and know how it is to split up with someone. You lose most of your social circle and your world is turned upside down. It's especially hard if you don't really want the break-up. Things CAN get better--do trust that they will. Take things a day at a time for now. Be kind to yourself. I agree with Leed--a counselor might be helpful for you too. Take care!
