I received a call today from a company that has been contracted from insurance companies to collect overpayments that have been made to individual Doctors and hospitals. The position pays over what my asking salary requirments are and also for all the money that I collect in overpayments, I earn .5 % commission on that as well. The position offers medical, dental and vision benefits after 60 days and 401k after 90 days. The company provides a lab top, scanner and printer and will reimburse me 25.00 per month for high speed internet connection at my home so I can upload my reports and findings each day.

All sounds good, doesnt it?

Well, the catch is there is a 4 week training course that I have to attend. 3 Weeks of the course are located in Frankfort, TN. They pay for all of my travel and will even fly me back home on the weekends if I wanted. I am afraid. I have never flown in my life and just thinking about this causes me a tremendous amount of anxiety.

I havent even talked to hubby about this yet. He is out getting a hair cut. I told my mother and she thinks it is a great opportunity and I agree but like I said, I have never been on a plane and have never been away from my family for that long of a period of time.

They didnt even seem to care that I havent been employed for several months now. I dont know what to do. I must be nuts not to be jumping up and down over this.
