I'm glad you're getting answers to your questions, finally...it is very frustrating when you just don't understand. A problem is so much easier to face when you can put a name on it.
Sitting and listening is one of the classic forms of talking therapy...I hate it, too! I say if it isn't doing him any good, find a new one!
