It's not so much that I wish for him to be young again...I wish to find him underneath the depression that has him paralyzed. When I was saying that I remember how he used to be, I was referring to his smile and laugh and engagement in life. I am very close with my son. He shares all his pain with me. I miss the guy who wasn't so sad. Thank you for your thoughts though.
