i remember once i showed up and was waiting behind someone at the desk to pay my copay and she came downstairs to bring some paperwork to the desk and i accually smiled at her and said HI she just kind of looked at me and as she walked bye me said excuse me...OUCH that hurt.guess i crossed some boundry
