I woke up about a half hour before getting up and felt anxious. Lately, I wake up anxious in the middle of the night atleast two to three times a night. How does one stop doing that? I also worry myself into a headache. How can I stop that? I have a slight headache right now.
Can negative thinking be connected to anxiety in addition to depression? I am used to being sad sometimes. But the anxiety is something that I am not experienced with. What is GAD like?
