Congratulations! You should be so proud of yourself! A few things come to mind... How would you feel if you didn't take advantage of this opportunity? Would you be disappointed, or ok?
Also, if you're scared of flying, maybe look into a bus or train. They're usually cheaper, and the only sacrafice is having to spend more time en route. I enjoy traveling by train.

Otherwise, maybe this is the one time in your life when you're just going to have to face this fear. If you have a T talk to him/her about it?
