Well no luck tonight. I was able to resist napping today and i felt very tired this evening so i had hope for a good night's sleep, especially with taking my meds so much earlier in the day today.

i think i did sleep for maybe an hour, it didn't feel as if i was lying awake for that long, but in any case 2 hours after going to bed i no longer felt relaxed and had "restless legs" like i get when i have caffeine (i haven't had any caffeine for several months now, no coffee or soda). so i'm officially "up" again.

i hope to call the doc tomorrow, i think this is bad enough for a change. my daily "routine" is so far out of whack now though that by the time i feel "awake" enough to make calls all offices are closed. I'll see if i can force myself to make calls earlier tomorrow.

worst case my next appointment with him is monday. normally i would just wait until then anyway. but this is "officially" bad enough that i would rather not wait even a few more days.
