When I feel disconnected, or feel like pulling away and never going back, there is often another part of me that feels like "I want to go back tomorrow". And I have asked for extra sessions in those times too, I think because not being connected, even though it feels safe, feels lonely and hard. And some part of me wants to fight through the fear and the walls and the distance to find T again.
