you don't need forgiveness for being tired and paranoid. You're human, hon, it happens. Allow yourself that and don't expect too much out of yourselves during this trying time. Allow for some relaxation and for a day or two to just say "ya know, i feel like crap and i'm gonna feel like crap and that's just the way it is" instead of feeling like you have to apologize for it.
