So you feel that my t is doing the right thing by continuing to point me toward my own coping skills and ways to manage myself? The problem is that our sessions don't seem like they are going to become regular. She has time off scheduled in the near future also. Eventually, she's going to retire, maybe within the year. This feels bad to me.
