What is so awful about going in the hospital? I've been there and actually it wasn't so bad!  I'm very glad I went in. I stayed for 2 weeks ~ I signed myself in so that I could get out whenever I wanted to. But I stayed as long as my doctor said I should.
While you're in, you get intense therapy, along with group therapy. Plus you have some free time too. I'm so glad I did it. I needed to get away from the "outsiders." I needed to be among people like me.
Sometimes when we're that sick, it's best to be inpatient for our own good. I know it was best for me. And the intense therapy was just what I needed. It wasn't scary at all. God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee
