How does being suspended work? I've never known anyone who was suspended. Does the child have to stay home/in the house or can they just do whatever? What if the parent works; can the kid sneak out and go/do whatever they want? What is expected from being suspended? Don't children with problems already just get further behind and a worse attitude/self esteem about themselves?
