I do better with numbers.
So, ladies. Let me share my weaknesses with you. I love to eat! I can eat all day, I can wake in the middle of the night and eat. I love Chinese food, my God how I love it! Sometimes I love it more then life itself. Oh, my Mongolian Beef, I can write poems about my love for Mongolian Beef)
Another thing, is that am not consistent. I start a diet, half way through - I am bored with it. I start the GYM, then BAM! I am tired, don't have time. Last month I signed up for a personal tariner. Ladies, he was a stud! Young, sweet, well build, smeled sooooooo goood) After two session I was done. I was so shy, uptight, I don't know, but I felt OLD!
Right now I am sitting at my desk at work, looking at the Fitness magazine.....
My beautiful friends! Lets take small steps. Number one for me would be stop snaking between meals, and drink water instead. Just like in France, they do not snack between meals, they eat 3 times a day. That is it!!!!!
