Thanks. My mind goes into overdrive. Like you, I find it calming. I talk a lot, but just to myself. It's like I can sit and just talk to myself all day. Instead of being all depressed doing nothing, now I can feel relaxed doing nothing.
It does help me wake up in the morning. If I get going on something, I think it helps me keep going . . . if I can get out of the house.
