Sorry you are having a rough time of things. Sounds like you are coping well on the surface. Maybe you can write out what's bothering you in a journal. Is there a school counselor to whom you can talk? That might be good for you too.
Bottled up feelings eventually come out, and sometimes not in an attractive way. So do try to find a release for them.
And take care of yourself, for YOU! An old trick I learned from a self-help tape was to plant a kiss on two fingers, then wipe it gently on your cheek. Tell yourself, "I'm okay, I'll get through this." It really does help! You can be your own best friend and look out for yourself. And do keep writing in here when you are down.
