Can't I just thought of this - Here, usually if you get a call from 000-000-0000, that means the person is calling from voice over Ip - usually Skype or something like it - calling from a pc anyways. Is that helpful to you at all? That would also tie in to the Magic Jack call. If you have voice over Ip, I doubt it would be difficult to change your number?And I know for a fact that PC to phone often shows up like that on caller id.
