Teaching has always been an art. And teaching certain young people has turned out to be nearly impossible. I'd like to see advances that would transform teaching into a scientific injection of knowledge into the student, including not only knowledge of facts, but knowledge of techniques, knowledge of writing, knowledge of mathematics, knowledge of how to think most rationally and effectively.
