I kinda have the same problem, Evening. I read this book on sleeping advice a few months ago and I remember it does mention what e.kayem said: not everyone needs the same amount of sleeping hours.
You say you're using raw sugar. Some people have told me it's not as good at it seems. You might try to cut back on it and see what happens. I can't talk from personal experience on this because every time I attempt to stop using raw sugar my family ruins it, lol.
