When ones has to retrain the brain - they have to replace the old with the new... to stop the brain from doing what it has LEARNED to do or how it has LEARNED to react in any given (or certain) situation.
Check out the ANXIETY section and read "NEW AND IN NEED OF SUPPORT" thread - I posted a replacement therapy on there (given to me by my counselor) - reply back and give me the word or feeling you need to replace/retrain and I will give you the positive word to input in the negative ones place.
Basically you must get your thinking & your feelings in the same line up, or your inner feelings (your belief system - your emotions) will win out every time... and that is what the "The Script" will help you to do - to retrain wrong assumptions and to reconfigure irrational thinking / feelings.
