I'm surprised that no one has brought up the hoary old chestnut of fusion reactors-machines-tokamaks-whatever you call them. We've all been reading about them for fifty years and all seen photographs of guys in white coats surrounding weird-looking apparatus that MAY one day turn into a fusion reactor. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? WHY IS THIS BEING HELD UP? WHEN IS THIS GOING TO HAPPEN? Anyone out there know anything about this?
