I've had mono, with the exhaustion you describe, but also with persistent fever for a good 2 weeks. In my experience fatigue from depression is not as bad, though it's also bad. I don't know what my point is, just to say whichever one you're suffering from, I've been there, and it's bad and I'm thinking of you.
