I'm sorry that my post came across like that. I'm not very cognitively sharp right now. I meant obsession/compulsion in the realm of self-harm/suicidality, although that's not what I said. And the impulsivity factor was a big realm of relief. What I was trying to say, and failed to accomplish, was focussing on a subset of the behavioural/cognitive issues with respect to med selection. The right med is going to arise from the right focus, vis a vis symptoms of greatest distress.
