I'm on a crappy high-deductible health plan this year, and they don't pay a DIME towards my medical until I reach a $2,500 deductible. That includes prescriptions.
So my prescriptions are full-price.
My pnurse screwed up on a refill and I have to buy 60 pills instead of 30 at a time of the Wellbutrin. And I'm not really in the mood to make her fix the prescription. I'm just done with her.
The refill costs me $205. I also have to pay $100 for the Lamictal and a cheap amount for the Lithium.
We're not low-income on paper, but we have massive amounts of debt and $300 bucks is NOT cheap!
I've looked for assistance programs before, but none of them will accept you if you have insurance. I guess they assume insurance actually PAYS something!
Any ideas on where to look? Specifically for the Wellbutrin.
