That really bugs me too and I don't get how it ends up on the seat
instead of in the toilet lol.
Here in Canada you can get a ticket if you're caught using a cell phone while driving. Problem is there are some who still do it, but I totally agree with not doing it.
My next public peeve is of course, against the law but that doesn't stop determined people lol. I swear this is true - several years ago I used to do my exercise walk along the public walk way on the river here. It was broad daylight and a young couple was having sex
- so I think it would be nice to not to be too affectionate in public. A simple kiss and walking with arms around waist is fine.
