Don`t be so hard on yourself, maybe you should base your life on a recipe instead of a "scale" or %
recipe should be:
1. sack of self worth
2. piches of humility
3. jars of self esteem
4. jugs of gratefullness
5. cups of reasons to live
6. tablespoons of possitiveness
7. teaspoons of happiness
8. a pinch of this or that whatever makes you happy!
put in brain and ponder for at least 30 min.
