Keep relationships private just between you & the other person....it is NO ONE ELSE'S BUSINESS. That way there won't be any misunderstandings & there won't be people talking behind other peoples backs.

That way if the person really is just saying they like you but not in the way you are thinking the like is, then you will avoid any misunderstanding also....just because another girl "likes" you doesn't mean they are necessarily interested in you sexually. Something you need to make sure of yourself before ever saying anything in the first place & then it's "wrong" to not keep relationships private in the second place.
