For myself, I have found here is a great place to express the confusion and struggles unique to DID...like losing time, inside meetings, struggles with new alters, etc. I have found I am likely to get more support if I am struggling with flashbacks and body memories and post such in the PTSD forum or if I am struggling with relating to my husband and post in the relationship forum or if I am wanting to self-harm and post in the SI forum. I hope that helps a bit.
