I get that. I went to see the doctor about the whole vomiting in the morning thing and they couldn't find anything physically wrong with me. They decided it was my anxiety and I accepted that but in the back of my mind I kept thinking, "it's just PROBABLY my anxiety but what if they're wrong?" You can torture yourself all day with something like that.

Yeah, the heart thing is fine. What I've discovered is that if I'm not careful about my caffeine intake my heart goes all crazy. Caffeine is bad for that and for my anxiety but dang it if I can't give it up entirely. I just love coffee, it's one of the few pleasures in life.
