Thanks, but all that refers me to is the Oregon Health Plan and I know we're not low-income enough, especially when they see we have health coverage already.

I wish there was a program that listed income AND debt. Sure, I'm the dumbass who racked up all the debt, but there was a reason for it, and I'm basically living on less than half of my income now.
