When I am anxious, I do deep breathing, do soothing things like camomile tea. I usually get a creeping skin sensation on my back and shoulders so I put on a weighted heating pad that covers most of the area and it soothes it a bit. Very last, I take an Ativan. There are a few other things I do occasionally but I can't think of them right now.
