what a fantastic poem time0. i have learnt (the hard way) that aside from making me feel miserable, focusing on myself and how bad i was feeling all the time made me feel worse and worse. once i started taking a greater interest in the world around me i got a lot healthier. didn't mean to launch into a speech. it's just that your poem really spoke to me.
