Just the title itself has me interested. I have been doing research on both the mechanics and from experiences in order to help myself so I read all kinds Thanks.

Book -- Invisible Heros by Belleruth Naparstak just released out in paperback.

I don't know about the whole book but I can tell you all that it definately has some great relaxation, imagry type exercises in it. My therapist and I did 2 of them today (well yesterday considering it is now after midnight) The first one was a general deep relaxation exercise and I was at the relaxation level of almost falling asleep equivelant to my la la land but yet I was still aware of my therapist voice reading it into a tape for me. The second one was geared specifically for when a person wakes up from nightmares so the person can relax again to go back to sleep. I would have fallen asleep if it wasn't for that stupid drop feeling you get sometimes when falling asleep. One minute I was listening and drifting and bang that fall of the cliff feeling hit so I sat back up a bit feeling giggly over telling her "I won't fall asleep" before we started. If the rest of the exercises work as well as those two did today it's a book for everyones bookshelf. happy reading/sleeping to all.
