therapists take their cues from the client. Unless the client tells them they want to talk about something usually they don't bring things up. If you haven't talked about it since mentioning it to her she probably thinks you have it under control and since you brought it up once she probably thinks you are comfortable with telling her if you have a problem with it without her pushing the issue. If you want to talk about it then tell her so that she will know that and let her know you want her to check in with you about it.
