Just wanted to add.... that no amount of talking will do a bit of good until you and your therapist can locate the original wound with in you (the one from the past) that is causing you such distress and pain - then work it out.
The past will haunt you (us all) until the day we die unless we locate, feel and deal with IT - it being our own personal wound, most people have one.
