If you are not satisfied with Effexor..ask your Doctor..(and keep buggin' 'im) to switch you to another anti-depressant. Cymbalta is very good, especially if you suffer from any sort of chronic pain. It's ridiculous to keep you on medication that makes you dizzy. Glad you are going back on the Effexor. You are on a fairly high dose. You should start feeling less zappy a few hours after taking the first dose.
