You are number one and you have to make yourself number one. You are special and unique and your first priority. Years back it was considered selfish to put yourself first. Today we have to take care of ourselves if we want to care for anyone else.

Life has many stressors and the only way to survive is to allow time for yourself. Its the only way you will find serenity and stay well mentally. Staying mentally healthy is a full time job sometimes, but its number one on the priorty list. You have to make it number one too, to survive and you must survive!!
