i like that approach. what a great idea!  i'd give it a go. you may find some input useful.
i know i am awful about comparing my skills with others sometimes. i'd like to remind you how awesome an activity you do. i'd be horrible even trying it!!!! just keep practicing, practicing, practicing and don't give up. i'm sure some of your teammates were fairly new too at some point in time. and it's a learned skill. so try not to beat yourself up. keep enjoying the adventure. you needn't feel less than. you're doing a lot more than i would even try to do. i'm not very good at waterskiing, or basketball, etc. but i can still enjoy myself by trying. i bet some of the players may feel some others need more "pumping up". you may be better than you even think
