I try to go on walks, and I'm slowly getting the courage to start going to the gym 2-3 times a week. Short term goals do wonders for our bodies.

No, I am not big on the exercise thing, but I am thinking that I should start doing it if it could help because this anxiety stuff sucks.
I could never go to the gym....to embarrassing for me!
