Do you take it in the morning or at night? I take mine at night but im having trouble sleeping and im wondering if its from the abilify. My script doesnt specify whether to take it at night or morning, I wonder if Im better off trying it in the morning,. I also take effexor and xanax, even the xanax isnt helping me sleep. I think ill be talking to my pdoc soon, becuase I dont know whats going on, but im getting by on very little sleep and dont feel tired.
