I took my Abilify in the morning for a couple of years and I never had any problems with it. But, I just recently started taking it at night because I kept forgetting to take in the morning. But, I take mine with Ambien. So I don't have any problems with sleep. It would probably be best to talk to your doctor about it and see what he or she says.
